These Terms govern your use of Lily ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lily is a personal AI assistant accessed via Telegram. It can chat, remember information you provide, search the web, and — if you connect it — view and help manage your Google Calendar. The service is currently offered to a limited circle by invitation.
You agree to use Lily lawfully and not to use it to harm others, violate others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
Lily uses AI models and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. It is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for actions you take based on its output.
Access is granted by invitation and may be limited, suspended, or revoked at the operator's discretion. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The service currently includes a free usage allowance. Paid usage (e.g. prepaid credit) may be introduced in the future; any charges will be disclosed before they apply.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service or other users, or if these Terms are violated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
